Ok so as i'm sure everyone know McDonalds have over the last year or so been introducing their "made fresh" system which supposedly makes their food taste better.
Now I don't know about you, but when I think "Quality Food", McDonalds just doesnt even enter into my mind. When I go to McDonalds I want food that is quick and easy and doesnt taste as bad as Hungry Jacks, I dont care if its been sitting in a warmer for 5 minutes. If I want quality food I go to a nice resteraunt, not McDonalds. Since the introduction of their "made fresh" gimic the service as McDonalds has massively diminished, lines are long, it takes to long to get food when you do order and to be frank, the food tastes no better whatsoever.
I for one generally avoid McDonalds now, If i want to wait for fast food I can go to Red Rooster, which is right next door and it of much higher quality.
McDonald's buisness was built on FAST food, not good food. The sooner they remember that the better.

I Lurv Red Rooster.
Maccas is clean and fast. Don't have a problem with it. But I'm sure we can all agree their burger sizes/ buns are not what they used to be.

There is still one near nan's house i think
Red rooster in bathurst is good quality, although i recall the one in jamisontown being fail.

1. Maccas is the cheapest so you cant really expect much from them now can you?
2. I have to agree that since they brought out the "made fresh" that they do take a bit longer then they used to
3. there is always massive lines at maccas
4. what the hell is wrong with hungry jacks? i think its better then maccas hands down
5. on that note, Oportos wins hands down!!!!

Henny penny is a small and rather ordinary chicken fast food chain based around newcastle and lake macquarie. Last I heard they were slowly dying.
after that comment about HJ's, yes you should!

red rooster is very dependent on which store you go to, some are consistantly rubbish and some are almost always good.

Maccas - Depends which maccas you go to and what time also the employee making it, this all depends on the quality of the the food and the presentation !
At closing time or lunch or dinner is when the burger looks like just a big ball of grease and doesn't look to pretty either !
Red Rooster, Its alright, i suppose, i always liked the chips.
HJ - Never eat it.
Oportos - Bland, i sometimes eat it when im at work at lunch since its only across the road along with Subway, its alright, i wouldn't consider it as bad as Hungry Jacks.

you need to stop ordering norm meals. the other gotcha with oportos is they put the meal in a plastic bag, which results in the chips getting soggy. so you have to get them out of there so they can stay crisp.

The chips at Oportos are horrible, i'd rather Red Rooster chips, mmmmm 
Oh, at Oportos on Military road, they don't give out plastic bags unless you ask them ?

Was it similar to what you ordered ? or did you get more in the bag like more food than you ordered ?

more food, we ordered for 3 people and scored a 5person meal.
even though i was hungry, i couldnt eat it because i had tonsilitis that weekend
